Council Meetings & Reports
Council meetings are open to the public and are held in Council Chambers at the Ontario College of Pharmacists' main office at 483 Huron Street in Toronto, Ontario, unless otherwise indicated on the meeting agenda.

The meeting agenda and materials are posted approximately two weeks prior to each meeting. A summary report is available one week after the meeting. Meeting minutes must be approved by Council and are posted after the next Council meeting.
†Please note that in accordance with section 7 of the Health Professions Procedural Code, agenda items 17 “Registrar’s Annual Performance Appraisal” and 20.1 “Briefing Note – Finance and Audit Committee (2019 Budget)” will be held in-camera as they deal with personnel and sensitive financial matters.
